Quality control is set in motion on the front end of every job and remains a focus throughout production. Our engineers map out every check point in the production process at which highly experienced inspectors use state-of-the-art inspection equipment to ensure that the product complies with all requirements and expectations.
Our inspectors, each with an average of 30 years experience, bring extensive drawing-interpretation and quality-control expertise developed with such companies as Pratt and Whitney, Beech Aircraft, Grumman, and Textron Lycoming. With the help of three sophisticated Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs), first articles and final inspection are done precisely and efficiently.
