We understand that on-time delivery of defect free product is fundamental
to our customers being satisfied and loyal. Our goal is a customer
confidence in on-time delivered product that frees them from incoming
inspection activity - a goal that has been realized with several
key customers. With an AS 9100:2004 & ISO 9001:2000 certified
quality system and a commitment to improvement, we will realize
our goal with your product also.

CAPABILITY
Kennebec Tool & Die has a successful history
of machining and value-added processing of even the most
complex product, including aerospace, military, semiconductor
and medical applications. A part of this success has
been the investment in state of the art CMM inspection
equipment operated by inspectors knowledgeable in drawing
interpretation. With extensive quality planning and
documentation requirements, we ensure your finished product
exceeds your expectations. |

EXPERIENCE
Our QC personnel bring an extensive history of
quality control experience to the department. The
average inspector has 13 years of inspection activity
including experience with such companies as Pratt and Whitney,
Beech Aircraft, Grumman, and Textron
Lycoming. | |
